Preconstruction
The Ace team prides itself on a proactive and strategic approach to every project. We invest our time and energy in the earliest project stages, so that when it comes time to execute, there are no unforeseen surprises. We take pre-planning seriously and make sure every last detail is accounted for before the first shovel ever hits the ground.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
We perform all BIM and CAD modeling in-house with our specialized team of drafters and preconstruction leads. By using advanced technologies, like building information modeling (BIM), we are able to model complex electrical installations to help our field teams improve quality and efficiency. From our detailed electrical models, our prefab shop and field teams are able to visualize the end product and make adjustments before ever picking up their tools.
Design-Build
Our highly collaborative process is ideally suited for a design-build approach. By identifying shared project goals and partnering with your design-build team, we ensure the electrical requirements of your project are seamlessly integrated throughout the process, and executed in the most efficient way possible. Whether it is permitting, plan approval, electrical engineering, or project management, we’ve got your back.
Prefabrication
Offsite construction offers a range of benefits for the right project, including efficiencies in budget and timeline. Our prefabrication shop invests heavily in research and development to continuously seek out new efficiencies and opportunities for labor savings. We design, test, and build advanced conduit assemblies, underground duct banks, pole base structures, rough-in assemblies, panel wiring, fixture assemblies, and more in our state of the art warehouse.
Electrical Installation
It’s one thing to envision and design a complex electrical project—it’s another thing to actually install it. With some of the best skilled and trained electricians, apprentices, operators, and laborers, our installation team has decades of combined experience. There isn’t an electrical installation challenge that we can’t overcome. From standalone structures to sprawling complexes, we know what it takes to get the job done right.
Heavy Construction
Where heavy construction meets electrical installation, Ace sets itself apart from other contractors. We safely self-perform steel fabrication, aerial lift work, crane operation, large excavations and trenching, foundation drilling, directional boring, concrete, flatwork, pole bases, asphalt paving, demolition, and more.
