Biography
To bring to life an iconic San Diego landmark, Ace was tasked to provide electrical and lighting for the historical restoration of the Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park. Winning numerous
awards, our efforts included exact replicas of over 1,700 concrete rosette light holders and lamps, restoration of the building’s façade, and replacement of the original Thomas Edison switchgear. To replace light fixtures on the building’s crown, Ace commissioned a craftsman glassblower to hand-make glass globes to match the original 1914 fixtures.
