When the Eagles wanted to light their existing sports fields, they tasked none other than Ace Electric and Musco Sports Lighting to get the job done right. Ace completed a full electrical design, submitted a permit set of plans to the City, coordinated a new utility service with SCE, and made sure the Owner got what they wanted when they wanted it.
Ace installed more than 20,000 feet of underground conduit, 15 sports lighting foundations, a new 800A electrical service, communications conduits and fiber feeds throughout the facility, and tie-in to the existing campus electrical utility; all while working around existing fields, tracks, landscaping, and students. Ace utilized boring equipment, cranes, drill rigs, concrete pumpers, excavators, and other heavy equipment to get everything in place. And at the end of the day, you couldn’t even tell we were there.
